Dr Porter explained things carefully and clearly. She listened carefully to what I had to say and responded thoughtfully, answering all my questions. She seems very thorough. An appointment with a doctor makes me very nervous, but I found Dr Porter very reassuring.

I like Doctor Porter, she has a very kind and understanding approach when dealing with any issue I have, whether medical or mental. Dr Porter never makes me feel rushed or unheard in my appointments with her. Dr Porter always gives me clear information about the situation or medication I'm to take. Dr Porter is my preferred Doctor to go to as she makes me feel at ease.

I am a carer for my wife who is living with dementia. Dr Porter was able to reassure me about recent health problems and test results for my wife , we mutually agreed on the course of treatment to be continued and she sent a prescription for my wife to pharmacy to assist me in my caring role.

Does take to long to get an appointment but the care and service from the doctors here are always excellent
